I am researching this Kerchner line even though I am not a descendant of this Kerchner immigrant because this family group spelled the surname exactly the same as my immigrant family group. George Kerchner arrived about 1860 and settled in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. To date I have not found any link to my 1741 immigrant ancestor, Adam Kerchner, of Lehigh and Berks Co PA.
