Many of the descendants of Martin Lautesnchlager migrated to the colony of Pennsylvania.
George married 3 Nov 1767 in Steinbuch, Odenwaldkreis, Hessen, Germany to Maria Catharina Jäckel.
Her maiden name was mis-reported as being Agel in some Pennsylvania records.
She was the daughter of Hans Simon Jäckel and Anna Magaretha Trumpfheller per German records.
They had one daughter born in 1770 in Germany who apparently died on the journey to PA in 1771.
George died about 26 Sep 1824 in Millerstown (now Macungie), Macungie Twsp, Lehigh Co PA.
Arrived on Ship Tyger in 1771 at Philadelphia PA. He was indentured to Peter Miller of Upper Milford Township
in Lehigh County PA. Peter Miller was the founder of Millerstown (now Macungie), Lehigh Co PA.
George Lautenschlager bought land and a building lot in the town from his former master
George lived in Millerstown (now Macungie, Lehigh Co PA) until his death in 1824.
Served in Revolutionary War in Northampton Co PA Militia. He was a linen weaver by occupation.
